Ultra heavy duty all purpose cleaner - cleans just about anything from anything. 
A powerful cleaner/disinfectant for pretty much anywhere even for disinfectant foot baths. Built around 5th generation surfactants, 5% G-Cide and essential oils not only cleans but disinfects and freshens any space with a hint of mint.

For FMD in particular: - thoroughly clean target areas with Bio Clean ( may be diluted up to 5mls per 1 Litre water- test dilutions to find your optimum cleaning dilution rate) Then spray cleaned areas with Bio Clean @ 20mls per 1ltr of water to disinfect. Allow 5 minutes contact time.

Application Guides
Everyday Maintenance Cleaning: For routine cleaning of floors, walls, and hard surfaces where grease accumulation is minimal.

  • Application Method: Apply with a spray bottle, mop, microfiber cloth, or automated floor scrubber. Apply product and allow to rest for 3 minutes. Aggitate with a suitable brush/sponge/cloth. Rinse off with clean water.
  • Surface Note: Safe for heavy-duty industrial floors, tiled surfaces, and sealed concrete. Always rinse with clean water afterward to prevent any alkaline residue or filming

Heavy-Duty Industrial Degreasing: For shifting stubborn, baked-on grease, engine carbon, thick oil spills, or industrial machinery residues.

  • Application Method: Spray onto the affected area, allow 3 to 5 minutes of dwell time for the surfactants to break the hydrocarbon bonds, agitate with a stiff brush if necessary, and pressure-wash or rinse thoroughly.
  • Surface Note: Do not use this dilution on aluminium, zinc, copper, or galvanized metals, as it may cause surface etching and corrosion.

As a foot dip use neat in a rubber or plastic tray or for really stubborn soil dampen surface, apply neat product, let it rest for 3 minutes then agitate with a suitable brush or scouring sponge. Rinse off with clean water.

  • Dilution Ratio: 1:50 to 1:100 (Concentrate to Water)
  • Measurement Guide: Mix 10 mL to 20 mL of concentrate per 1 Litre of water.

Heavy-Duty Industrial Degreasing: For shifting stubborn, baked-on grease, animal fats and grease, engine carbon, thick oil spills, or industrial machinery residues.

  • Dilution Ratio: 1:5 to 1:10 (Concentrate to Water)
  • Measurement Guide: Mix 100 mL to 200 mL of concentrate per 1 Litre of water.

General advice: First aid responders must protect themselves and wear recommended gear. Move victim out of dangerous area
immediately.

Inhalation: Move to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, administer oxygen. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. Call a doctor immediately.

Skin contact: Instantly drench with copious amounts of
water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothes. Seek mmediate medical emergency care.

Eye contact: Flush immediately with large amounts of
clean running water for 15-20 minutes, holding eyelids wide apart. Remove contact lenses if simple to do. Urgent ophthalmic review required.

Ingestion: Do NOT induce vomiting. Clean mouth with water and drink plenty of water afterwards. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Urgent hospital transfer.
