Returns Policy

  • Our manufacturers defects policy lasts 14 days from date of purchase subject to the following.
    1. CLIENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CHECK ANY QUOTATIONS RECEIVED FROM US FOR PRODUCT CORRECTNESS. CHECK THE PRODUCT CODE AGAINT ONLINE DESCRIPTIONS AND GRAPHICS. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPOSNIBILITY FOR PRODUCT ORDERED ERONOUSLY. IF IN DOUBT CHECK WITH OUR SALES STAFF WHO ARE THERE TO HELP YOU.
    2. B2B returns due to clients erroneous purchases may be returned (less a handling fee of not less than 30%) but NO refund will be made. The client will receive a credit to their account against which they may draw product or the client may request us to sell the products on their behalf at an agreed fee.
      1. NB: B2B and or Special orders where we have sourced nonstock items and or brought in or manufactured additional bulk stock on the clients behalf may not be returned or exchanged at all.
    3. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
    4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
    5. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned eg Perishable goods cannot be returned. 
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) items with obvious signs of use
    1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery or collection
  • Refunds (if applicable)
    1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or credit
    2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 working days. 
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Sale items (if applicable)
    1. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Exchanges (if applicable)
    1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@cleaninghub.co.za and send your item to: 5 Panorama Road, Rooihuiskraal, Centurion Pretoria.
    2. Warranty claims are subject to our walk in policy: The client is responsible for the delivery and collection of goods to our Centurion store.
  • Gifts
    1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
    2. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 
  • Shipping
    1. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5 Panorama Road. Rooihuiskraal. Centurion
    2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund/credit, any cost we may incur for return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
    4. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    5. If you are shipping an item over R75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    6. Clients are responsible for delivering and subsequent collection of any machines/goods returned under our warranty terms to 5 Panorama Road. Rooihuiskraal. Centurion.
