ALL ENTRIES SUBJECT TO SOWETO CLUB GROUND RULES
1. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel and/or combine classes. Classes may be limited or divided at the organizers discretion.
2. Passports, which include a valid height certificate, must be available for inspection on request.
a. All persons participating at this event do so at their own risk and will have no claim against The Rosefield Equestrian Club, the venue, including any officials, employees, members, affiliated bodies, show-holding bodies or sponsors, for any damage or loss of property or death or injury of persons and/or animals suffered during or in connection with this event from any cause whatsoever. No minor may participate in this event without the permission of his/her guardian, who indemnifies all mentioned above against any such claims by such minors.
3. CRUELTY: Section 02 of the General Regulations and section 95 of the Veterinary Regulations will apply.
4. Entries must include proof of payment. The onus is on the competitor to check entries have been received.
Entries will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The organisers reserve the right to cancel and/or alter the program should they deem it necessary. Neither Rosefield Equestrian Club, Gauteng Showing, its officials or representatives shall in any way be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury sustained by horses, riders, appointed officials, the public or their property at the show caused by or resulting from the events.
I  undertake not to bring any horse/pony to this show which has an infectious disease, whether notifiable or not and state that the horse/pony has met the requirements for all AHS and Equine Flu vaccinations.
